Veggie Sandwich Without Bread

#SoojiVegetableSandwiches ki recipe🥪🥬:

Base ke liye: 1 cup roasted sooji, 1/2 cup dahi, 1/2 cup paani, namak aur 1/2 tsp baking soda milaye aur 20-minutes ke liye rest karne de.

Veggie stuffing ke liye: 1/2 cup green shimla mirch, pyaaz aur gajar ko 1 tbsp oil mein sauté kare. Salt and kali mirch se season kare. Aap apne bache ki pasandida sabji bhi daal sakte hai!

Assembly: Greased sandwich maker mein sooji mixture daale aur usme veggie stuffing daale, phir ek aur layer of sooji daal kar golden brown hone tak cook kare.

Storage: Fresh taur par enjoy karne ke liye best hai, lekin airtight container mein 1-2 din tak fridge mein rakh sakte hai. Serve karne se pehle garam kare!



Whole Wheat Banana Cake

Wheat Jaggery Cake🍰 banane ke liye:

1️⃣ 1 cup gehu ka aata, 1/4 cup makhana powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, aur namak ko mix kar le.

2️⃣ 2 mashed bananas, 1/2 cup jaggery, 1/2 cup milk, aur 1/4 cup oil ko mila kar ache se mix kar le. Dry & wet ingredients ko achese mila le.

3️⃣ Cake pan ko ghee se grease karke 180°C (350°F) par 30-35 minutes tak ya jab tak toothpick saaf nikalne tak, bake kare.

Oven nahi hai? Chinta na kare! Pressure Cooker Method🔥:

1️⃣ Cooker ke dhakan (rubber ring) aur seeti (whistle) ko nikal de.

2️⃣ Ek steel stand ya purani flat base plate, cooker ke andar rakh de. Ye cake ko cooker ke base se direct contact hone se prevent karega.

3️⃣ Cooker ke dhakan ko band karke, dhimi aanch par 10-minutes tak preheat kare.

Cake batter ko cake mold mein daal kar cooker ko gasket ya seeti ke bina band kare. Cake lagbhag 40-50 minutes mein taiyar ho jayega. 30-minutes ke baad toothpick se check kare.

Taiyar cake ko 3 din tak fridge mein band container mein store kare.



Chapati Chips & Paneer Dip

Crispy Chapati Chips🌮 & Creamy Paneer Cashew Dip 🌿 banane ke liye:

Chips: 2 chapatis par ghee/olive oil lagaye. Thoda chaat masala/oregano sprinkle kare. Unhe apne pasandeeda shape mein kaat le aur tawe par golden aur crispy hone tak roast kare.

Dip: 200g paneer, 1/4 cup hung curd, soaked kaju, taza dhaniya, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp nimbu ka ras, aur namak ko smooth aur creamy hone tak blend kare!



Yoghurt Bark Baby Snack

Yoghurt Barks🍫 banane ke liye:

  • Shuruwat kare 2 cup hung curd se, ismein 1/4 cup honey aur 1 tsp vanilla extract mila kar ek creamy base bana le.
  • Fresh fruits, nuts & seeds se sajaye, taki zest aur vitamins mile. 
  • Apne swad anusaar customize kare!
  • Parchment paper par failaye aur three ghante tak freeze kar de.
  • Jab set ho jaye, toh barks ko tod kar serve kare.

Storage: Airtight container mein dale aur usse freeze kare for 3 hours.

Shelf Life: Best enjoyed within two weeks.
